Two Major Packaging & Printing Shows to Kick Off in South China

April 16, 2026 — The packaging and printing industry is set for a busy late April as two key international trade fairs open successively in the Guangdong-Hong Kong region: the Shenzhen Gifts & Premium Packaging & Printing Show (GPP) and the Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair.

The Shenzhen GPP will be held from April 25 to 28 at the Shenzhen World Exhibition & Convention Center. As a key parallel show to the gift and home products fair, it features over 500 exhibitors across a 20,000-square-meter space, showcasing packaging solutions for food, consumer electronics, cultural creations and luxury goods, with a strong focus on eco-friendly materials, trendy designs and smart printing technologies.

Opening from April 27 to 30 at AsiaWorld-Expo in Hong Kong, the Hong Kong International Printing & Packaging Fair is organized by the HKTDC and attracts more than 440 exhibitors and over 15,000 global buyers. It highlights green printing, food packaging, e-commerce packaging and high-end packaging solutions, supporting enterprises in exploring markets across Southeast Asia, Europe and the Americas.

These two complementary events strengthen regional trade connectivity and drive the industry toward greener, high-end and internationalized development.
